How much do I need for a down payment?
Less than most people think. Many loan programs allow low down payments, and some first-time buyer programs help with closing costs. A lender can show you exactly what you qualify for.
Do I pay you as my agent?
We'll sign a buyer agreement before we tour, and it spells out exactly how I'm paid. In many cases, the seller covers some or all of it. I'll walk you through it upfront so there are no surprises.
How long does it take to buy?
Once you're under contract, closing usually takes about 30 to 45 days. Finding the right home can take a weekend or a few months, depending on the market and what you want.
Should I wait for rates to drop?
